Chad H. Puckett, AIA, NCARB
Principal
Chad is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati, DAAP Architecture Program and
received his degree in 1996. He has over 25 years experience working for large and
small practices. From conceptual sketches through final construction, Chad's expertise
allows him to provide a holistic design solution from start to finish.

Christina Caldwell, B.S. in Design
Creative Director
Christina has been with Fold & Form since its inception 10 years ago. A graduate of UC’s DAAP program
in Graphic Design. Her interests extend beyond package and print, into light airy interiors that are full of texture and warmth. Christina & Chad collaborate early in the conceptual phase of design for the most cohesive & integrated design solutions for the project.
